My major concern as a Chartered Accountant is storing, organizing and transacting large documents. My daily responsibilities include implementing accounting systems and processes for clients, preparing monthly financial reports, reviewing and releasing online banking payments, ensuring compliance with state revenue service and so on.
All of these responsibilities contain confidential information. The enormous paperwork reduced time and cost-efficiency. We wanted to store these documents virtually. But both I and my clients were hesitant because of all the news about data theft. I needed a solution that allows us to store these documents securely, helps in the organization of these documents.
I approached several cloud-based storage systems. And all of them were either expensive or did not ensure privacy. I then stumbled upon DCirrus. I met their enthusiastic team and they explained to me their app. I was kind of convinced, but to be absolutely sure I wanted to test the waters before diving and requested a trial run. I tried the one-month trial run and all I wanted to subscribe to a plan. The team helped me pick the right plan for me.
Now, it’s been 7 months since I started using the DCirrus app and my life just got easier. I have separate folders for each client and no else other than the client can have access to the folders. The process of uploading files into the app is also very simple. My clients also find it very convenient.
Sometimes I have to work with the lawyers of the clients and because of this app, I need not give them access to everything but only to the necessary portion of the documents. Only the client and I get to decide who gets access to the documents and to what extent. No one else will have access to the information. DCirrus is helping me organize my documents at the same time I don’t have to worry about breaking the code of confidentiality.
